血小板微粒的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 血小板微粒是血小板在活化过程中释放的一种超微膜性囊泡,直径小于。血小板微粒在体内的形成与血小板各种激活剂、剪切力、补体等有关。血小板微粒膜上表达多种活性标记物,参与人体血栓与止血,并与血管再生、感染性疾病有关。其测定有各种方法,以流式细胞仪检测法为主。
