文中就外派海员人身伤亡赔偿的依据和赔偿额度进行了分析,对给予外派海员合理赔偿提出了建议。

This paper analyses the basis and amount of compensation fir death or injury of seafarers serving onboard t-oreign ships and provides some suggestions to ensure reasonable compensation fir those seafarers serving on forcign ships.
