水平井分段压裂技术及在长北气田的适用性研究 被引量:6

摘要 水平井目前已成为提高油气田勘探开发综合效益的重要途径,但是有时低压低渗透油气藏水平井的单井产量也达不到经济开发的要求,这就必然面临着储层改造的问题。水平井分段压裂技术扭转了低渗透油气田多井低产的开发方式,实现了少井高产。长北项目至2011年11月共完钻29口双分支水平井,一期和二期开发的水平井产量高,可以满足经济开发的要求,三期开发的水平井砂岩钻遇难度大、投资比较高、单井产量较低;为此有必要探索改进开发方案,加强对水平井进行分段压裂的研究。为此总结了水平井分段压裂的发展概况、水平井分段压裂常用方法,结合长庆油田苏里格气田近年来水平井分段压裂的经验,分析认为水力喷砂射孔压裂方法和裸眼封隔器加投球滑套压裂方法比较适合长北气田。 Horizontal wells have gradually been used as one of the main methods to improve oil and gas field developing efficiency; But for those horizontal wells drilled in low pressure and low-permeability reservoir or those have lower production than economic limit, stimula- tion operations are necessary. Horizontal well multiple fracturing plays an important role in turning the scale of low productivity with multiple wells in low permeability gas reservoirs, changing the development mode, and achieving a higher yield with fewer well. To november 2011, there were completed 29 wells which the dual laterals Horizontal Well in Changbei project. Phase Ⅰ and Ⅱ wells have high production that can meet the requirements of eco- nomic development, the phase Ⅲ wells are difficult to drilling, large Investment, individual well producing rate lower than phase I and Ⅱ wells. It is necessary to find the new devel- opment method, intensify horizontal well multiple stage fracture research. So summarize hor- izontal well multiple fracturing general situation of development, horizontal well multiple fracturing type and process and on the basis of Sulige gas oilfield horizontal well multiplefracturing experience, consider Hydraulic Sandblasting Perforation fracture and open hole packer with sliding sleeve drop ball fracturing type are suitable for changbei gas oilfield.
