摘要
通过实验,在本体法ABS树脂的聚合过程中利用变频技术,对计量泵流量、反应釜搅拌器转速、反应器加热块、反应器冷却盘管气动阀及挤出机螺杆转速进行了控制调节,通过上述实验找到了最佳反应条件。
In this paper, the converter technique is used in the process of bulk polymerization for preparing ABS resin to control the flow of metering pumps, the speed of reactor agitator, the efficiency of the heating block and the pneumatic valve of cooling coil, the speed of the extruder screw. Through the above experiments, the optimum conditions are found.
