摘要 通过多种实验手段,筛选出效果较好的抑盐剂主剂A,通过复配实验得出效果显著的并与产出液配伍的复合配方。当抑盐剂A为400mg/L、抑盐剂G为2g/L时,氯化钠增溶度能达到9.66%,且未有氯化钠结晶体析出。当药剂加入量小于此浓度时,所析出的盐如松散的雪花枝状,手感质轻且强度小,容易被溶解和清除,随液流带走,不会形成盐垢。这种药剂用量小,开发成本低,且能达到显著的抑盐效果,从而对油田清防盐具有一定的指导作用。 In this paper, many experimental methods have been used to achieve the better re- sult of main salt inhibitor A, we obtained a new-tape compound formula with remarkable ef- fect by the orthogonal experimen4 and the agent formulation of productive fluid compatibility. When the Concentration of salt inhibitor A is 400 mg/L and salt inhibitor G is 2 g/L, the solu- bility enhancement rate of salt could reach 9.66 %, and there is no salt separate out. When adding reagent amount less than this concentration , the salt of separate out show the loose snowflake, light and small, which was easy to be taken by water avoiding the to be salt incrusta- tion. This reagent small consumption, low cos4 and can achieve significant effect of inhibition sal4 can also have some instructional effect on how to clean and prevent salt of oilfiled.
