加热炉燃烧系统改造效果分析

摘要 目前作业三区集气站安装的加热炉为630kW8井式天然气负压加热炉,本加热炉为快装水套式加热炉,可同时加热8井气体盘管,产量可达50万m3/d。它在常压下运行,以天然气为燃料,配备先进的负压型火嘴、进口的温度控制器及控制气阀,可实现温度自动调节和母火熄灭保护功能。系统坚固耐用,可在无电条件下正常运行,热效率达84%。在生产运行过程中由于榆X站1#加热炉出现燃烧功率低、水蒸汽无法排出而造成加热炉炉膛结垢严重,水蒸汽冷凝结冰严重的现象,对此进行加热炉燃烧器的改造,排除了故障,提高了加热炉的使用效率。 The present work area three gathering stations has installed heating furnace for 630 kW for 8 wells natural gas vacuum heating furnace. The heating furnace for quick water jacket types heating furnace, which can heat8 well gas pipe, output up to 500 000 square/d. It operates under ordinary pressure, with natural gas as fuel, equipped with advanced nega- tive pressure type nozzle, imported temperature controller and control valve, which can real- ize temperature automatic regulating and the mother fire extinguishing protection function. The system is firm and durable, can be not electricity under the condition of normal opera- tion, thermal efficiency of 84 %. In the production operation process due to elm 15station 1~ heating furnace burning power of low, water vapor appears not be discharged as a result of the heating furnace of serious scaling, the condensed water ice serious phenomenon, the heating furnace burner transformation, trouble, improve the use efficiency of heating furnace.
