摘要
柴油机机油黏度实时在线监测是设备状态监测与故障诊断的重要发展方向,实际应用中,在线监测到的实时黏度需要通过机油的黏温曲线换算成标准100℃参考温度时的黏度。而且机油的黏温曲线随着油液的污染在动态变化。本文通过对不同污染度的机油黏温关系的试验,分析了机油污染对其黏温曲线的影响规律,并提出一种将实时黏度转换为标准100℃参考温度时的黏度的一种计算方法。
The real - time online monitoring to diesel engine oil viscosity is a very important way with regard to the equipment condition monitoring and fault diagnosis. In practical applications, the real - time oil viscosity needs to be converted into the standard viscosity when the temperature is 100 C according to the oil viscosity -temperature curve. Also the oil viscosity -temperature curve changes dynamically with contaminations. Based on the experiment and analysis of oil viscosity - temperature at different contaminations, this paper proposes a calculate method which converts the real - time viscosity to the standard viscosity when the temperature is 100℃.
