摘要
采用小波分析方法应用于机体疲劳裂纹监测中,找出机体疲劳裂纹出现时的时间点,从而实现对机体疲劳裂纹的监测。设计了相应的机体疲劳裂纹监测软件,通过试验证明,此监测软件能够准确的判断疲劳裂纹的产生,对疲劳试验来讲有极好的应用价值。
Wavelet analysis was used to monitor fatigue cracks in the cylinder block and to identify the time when the fatigue cracks occur. A monitoring software for monitoring fatigue cracks was developed, and after tests, it was proved to accurately identify the occurrence of fatigue cracks, providing better application value for fatigue tests.
