摘要
2011年10月,G20巴黎峰会通过了OECD牵头起草的《金融消费者保护高级原则》(High-level Principleson Financial Consumer Protection)。本文对该文件中的主要内容进行了编译,以期对我国的金融消费者保护工作有所借鉴。
On October 2011, the G20 Summit passed High-level Principles on Financial Consumer Protection drew up by the OECD. This paper translates the main part of these principles with the aim of being meaning reference to the development of financial consumer protection in China.
