Talents play an important role in building a nation, managing a government and promoting an industry. The ＂Twelfth Five-Year Plan＂ is a critical period of China＇s financial reform, and further strengthening the construction of financial law talent team is of great significance to ensure efficient performance. By attempting to analyze the current situation of law personnel in Xi＇an Branch, the paper tries to find out effective ways to strengthen the construction of financial law talent team.
