摘要
随着政府体制改革的不断发展和人民银行分支机构行员招录实践的逐步深入,招录工作的针对性和有效性面临新的挑战。本文结合西方面试有关理论和工作实践,对人民银行现行招录制度中的几个宏观问题进行了分析,提出了政策建议。
With the continuous development of the government reform and recruitment of the PBC, pertinence and validity of the recruitment faces new challenge. This article first analyzes several macro issues in the current recruitment, and then puts forward the policy recommendations.
