摘要
本文指出了现有两种履带机械接地比压计算方法的缺陷。根据大型履带机械履带架的特点 ,提出了包含履带板节距、支重轮间距等因素在内的履带接地比压分布计算模型 ,可预测大型履带机械在任一时刻的接地比压分布规律 ,并可分析支重轮间距、链轨节距等因素对接地比压的影响 ,为研究大型履带机械的通过性提供了依据。
This paper points out the defects of two methods used to calculate ground pressure of large crawler machinery at present.Based on the feature of crawler frame of large crawler machinery,The writers set up a mathematic model to predict the ground pressure distribution.The model takes parameters into account such as track pitch and distance between track rollers.The effect of distance between track rollers and trach pitch on ground pressure distribution can be analyzed.It provides the basis for study of maneuverability of large crawler machinery.
