胰腺实性假乳头肿瘤10例超声诊断

摘要胰腺实性假乳头肿瘤（solid-pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas,SPT）临床上少见。现将经手术及病理证实的10例胰腺实性假乳头肿瘤的超声表现及诊断分析如下。
