摘要
以影响不同绵羊品种产羔数的BMPR-IB、BMP15和GDF9基因作为候选基因,采用连接酶检测反应(LDR)法,检测10个突变位点在德国肉用美利奴羊上的多态性及其对产羔数的影响。结果表明:在德国肉用美利奴羊中未发现BMPR-IB基因的FecB突变和BMP15基因的FecXI、FecXB、FecXL、FecXH、FecXG、FecXR突变及GDF9基因的FecGH(G8)、FecTT突变,但在GDF9上检测到G1突变,该突变处于Hardy-Weinberg平衡状态,达到中度多态水平,但其多态性与产羔数无显著性相关。
BMPR-IB,BMP15 and GDF9 genes which affected the litter size of different sheep breeds were used as candidate genes,and that ligase detection reaction(LDR)method was adopted to detect 10 mutations in the German Mutton Merino sheep on polymorphism and its influence on litter size.The results showed that no FecB mutations of BMPR-IB gene in the German Mutton Merino sheep were found,and no FecXI,FecXB,FecXL,FecXH,FecXG,FecXR mutations of BMP15 gene.G1 mutation of GDF9 gene was detected,but FecGH(G8)and FecTT mutations were not found.G1 mutation of GDF9 gene was detected at Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium and achieved to moderate levels of polymorphism in detection samples,but the polymorphism and litter size of the correlation were not significant.The results suggested that these genes weren′t the major genes affecting on litter size in Germany Mutton Merino sheep.
