摘要
为了节约能源,在分析共直流母线多电机节能系统的基础上,提出一种由不可控整流器、储能装置加多电机调度构成的系统。首先针对该系统,将离散系统的活动周期图建模方法推广至混杂系统构建共直流母线多电机节能系统模型,进而在此模型基础上提出了一种基于均匀分布理论的多电机调度算法。以起重机为例的仿真结果表明,该算法能有效地调度电机工作状态,使处在耗能状态电机最大限度地吸收制动状态电机再生的电能,提高系统性能。
In order to save the energy, based on analyzing structure and characteristics of system, this paper presents a new common DC bus multi-motor energy-saving system which is composed of non-controlled rectifiers, energy storage devices and multi-motor scheduling strategies. Activity cycle diagram is generalized to construct common DC bus multi-motor energy-saving system model firstly. Then, a multi-motor scheduling algorithm based on average distribution theory is put forward and applied in this system. At last, a multi-crane system simulation results show that this scheduling algorithm motors but also utilize the recycle energy generated by and system performance is imoroved. is selected to carry out the simulations, the can not only coordinate the working states of motors in feedback states as much as possible,
