D-二聚体单克隆抗体制备及其在免疫荧光快速定量检测中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 D-二聚体(D.dimer,D.D)是纤维蛋白单体经活化因子XIII作用后形成的交联纤维蛋白凝块,再经纤溶酶水解所产生的一种特异性降解产物,医学应用上将它作为一个特异性的纤溶过程标记物,反映纤维蛋白溶解功能。与纤维蛋白破坏有关的疾病,如深静脉血栓形成(DVT)、肺栓塞(PE)和弥漫性血管内凝血(DIC)等,均可导致体内D—D水平升高。近年来D.D的临床应用范围越来越广,除了以上提及的疾病外,在恶性肿瘤、糖尿病、肝脏疾病。
