The Cultural Tradition and Development Heritage of Tianjin Vocational Education Appropriately Complemented with Industrialization

工业作为直接创生工业文化的发生器和影响并左右职业教育文化发展与运行模式的刚性要素,它们的对接,是一个职教、职教文化与工业、工业文化适以相成的必然逻辑。以此审视天津职教与职教文化,天津职教创生和发展与工业、工业文化如影随形。从近代职业教育(实业教育)早期集聚化,到刘少奇试验"两种教育制度、两种劳动制度",以及当今国家职教改革试验区、职教改革创新示范区建设,为什么都选择天津?还是它的工业与职教基础,还是它工业文化与职教对接的条件和它在不同时期的先进性。没有这个历时的现时的、互动互为的大文化形态和体系,天津的工业、职教,也就发展不起来。也就没有天津工业历史上的辉煌和今日的再度腾飞,以及职教"天津模式"、"天津道路"的体系和内涵。

As industry is a generator directly creating industrial culture, an impact on the cultural development in vocational education and the rigid elements of the operation mode, it is an inevitable logic to complement vocational education and culture appropriately with industry and industrial culture. Taken a general view of Tianjin vocational education and culture, its creation and development is always closely associated with industry and industrial culture. From the early agglomeration of modern voca- tional education （Industrial Education） to ＂two kinds of education system, two types of labor system＂ experimented by Liu Shaoqi, as well as todays national experimental areas and innovation demonstration zones of vocational education, why is Tianjin always a place to be chosen？ The reasons lie in its founda- tion of industry and vocational education, its conditions of industrial culture docking with vocational ed- ucation and its advanced nature at different times. Without the diachronic, present and interactive culture forms and system, there would be no development in Tianjin＇s industry and vocational education, nor would there be historical resplendence and today＇s industrial retake- off in Tianjin, nor would there be ＂Tianjin Mode＂ ＂Tianjin Road＂ system and the connotation applied in vocational education.
