Application of defoliant on machine-harvested cotton was an important link in cotton production. Species, suitable usage and dosage of defoliants applied on machine-harvested cotton were introduced. Then, analyzed the suitable application time of defoliants applied on Xinluzao 48, and the tools and requirements of spraying tile defoliants were discussed in detail.
