青海省农作物种子产业化的制约因素及对策

Restricting Factors and Countermeasures of Crop Seeds Industrialization in Qinghai Province

在阐述青海省农作物种子产业化现状的基础上,从研发能力弱、经营规模小及经营条件不规范等方面分析了青海省种子产业发展的制约因素,并从加大科研投入、成立专业化开发经营队伍及强化质量意识等方面提出了加快种子产业化进程的对策。

Based on elaborating current situation crop seed industrialization of Qinghai Province, analyzed the restricting factors of crop seed industrialization from following aspects, including weaker research and development capabilities, non-standard operating conditions etc. Then, the eountermea- sures of speeding up the process of the seed industrialization were put forward from the following as- pects, including increasing research investment, establishing specialized development and management team, strengthening the quality consciousness and others.
