拉西地平对高血压病合并左心衰竭患者心功能的影响

目的观察拉西地平对高血压病合并左心功能衰竭患者心功能的影响。方法 80例高血压病合并左心衰竭,心功能Ⅱ～Ⅳ级的患者随机分为拉西地平组(40例)和对照组(40例),均常规给予氢氯噻嗪片(25mg/天)、地高辛片(0.25mg/天),心功能Ⅳ级患者入院2天内给予静脉用速尿注射液。拉西地平组给予拉西地平片4～8mg/天,对照组在常规给予氢氯噻嗪、地高辛片的基础上,如果血压仍在140/90mmHg以上则加用贝那普利片5～10mg/天治疗。疗程为3周,根据NYHA心功能分级标准,对比两组患者心功能恢复情况,评价拉西地平对心功能的影响。结果拉西地平组显效12例,有效24例,无效4例;对照组显效16例,有效22例,无效2例。两组间疗效无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论拉西地平对心功能无不利影响,在治疗高血压病合并左心功能衰竭患者时不会导致心衰加重。但在心衰疗效上亦无优越之处。

Conclusion Lacidipine no adverse effect of cardiac function in the treatment of hypertension with left cardiac failure patients will not result in heart failure heavier.
