核素心肌灌注显像与64层螺旋CT诊断冠状动脉疾病的分析比较

摘要 目的探讨对冠状动脉疾病使用核素心肌灌注显像与64层螺旋CT的诊断价值,以供临床对冠心病等疾病诊断给予参考和借鉴。方法对我院2010年8月~2011年7月收治的70例疑似冠状动脉疾病的患者分别采用核素心肌灌注显像与64层螺旋CT诊断,患者两种方法检查时间间隔在1个月内。以冠状动脉造影为诊断金标准。比较两种方法对患者的检出率。结果使用核素心肌灌注显像对70例患者的检出率为78.57%(55/70),其诊断准确性为81.43%(57/70);64层螺旋CT对患者的检出率为80.00%(56/70),其诊断准确性为82.86%(58/70),两种方法的检出率和准确性比较均无明显差异,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论使用核素心肌灌注显像与64层螺旋CT均能够为患者给予较好的诊断,且两种方法的诊断检出率和准确率无差异,医生可根据患者的实际情况为其选择诊断方法,还可以联合使用此两种方法,以提高检出率。 Objective To investigate on coronary artery disease using radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging with 64 slice spiral CT diagnostic value, for clinical diagnosis of coronary heart disease to reference and. Methods in our hospital in 2010 August - 2011 July, 70 cases of suspected coronary artery disease were treated by radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging with 64 slice spiral CT diagnosis, patients with two kinds of method to check the time intervals over a period of 1 months. In order to coronary angiography as the diagnostic gold standard. Comparison of two methods for the detection rate of patients with. Results the use of radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging in 70 cases of patients with positive rate was 78.57% (55/70), the accuracy of diagnosis was 81.43% (57/70); the 64 layer spiral CT on patients with detectable rate was 80% (56/70), the accuracy of diagnosis was 82.86% (58/70), two kinds of methods comparison of detection rate and accuracy had no significant difference, P 〉 0.05, have no significant difference. Conclusion The use of radionuclide myocardial perfusion imaging with 64 slice spiral CT can give better diagnosis for the patients, and two methods for the diagnosis of detection rate and accurate rate difference, physicians may be based on actual situation of patients for the diagnosis method, also can be used in combination with the two methods, in order to improve the detection rate.
