摘要 针对几种在电磁干扰下可能产生功能安全问题的电子、电气设备,归纳了几种典型的功能安全问题。介绍了功能安全中解决电磁兼容问题的建模和分析方法——时域有限差分法,并提出了相应的对策。 In this paper, several devices which could have the problems of functional safety when exposed to electromagnetic interference were introduced. Then, the finite-difference time-domain (FDTD) for modeling and analyzing the problem of electromagnetic compatibility in functional safety is introduced. Finally, some useful measures are presented to solve the problem.
