当前我国正处于从教育大国向教育强国迈进、从人力资源大国向人力资源强国转变的历史新阶段,在此进程中,高等教育承载着不可替代的战略任务。高校的发展离不开人才队伍建设,因此,高校要积极探索并建立适合自身发展的人才战略模式。学科建设是学校工作的龙头,是高校事业发展的核心,学科建设的关键是人才队伍建设。高校要结合学科建设的实际需要,建设符合自身发展的人才队伍。

Currently, our nation has been in the new stage that the nation＇s education and talent resources have changes stronger and stronger. In this process, college education has received the strategy assignment that can not be replaced. The development of colleges can not be deviated from talent-groups construction. Colleges should enhance talent- groups construction, explore and set up talent strategy modes which are suitable for their own development. Subject construction is the key in college＇s work and the core of college＇s development. The key of subject construction is the talent-groups construction. Colleges should combine the real demands of subject construction to build their own talent- groups construction.
