Industrial base is one of the important organization modes to promote the regional economy development. Based on in-depth research in hydraulic industrial base in Fuxin, this paper sums up the development course and present situation, analyses its main problems, and gives some countermeasures and suggestions. Thus, it can promote the Fuxin hydraulic industrial base develop healthily and continually;moreover it may give some reference to other industry base.
