A women＇s delegation, headed by Fan Jiying, Member of the Secretaria of the All-China Women＇s Federatior （ACWF）, visited Singapore and Thailand from April 2-9. On April 13, the delegation visited Oitaken, Japan, to attend activities to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the normalization of China-Japan diplomatic relations.
