Zhejiang Province （in East China）＇s Women and Children＇s Foundation recently established Shangshan Foundation （to help women and children from poverty-stricken families） and launched the Project of ＂Postal Parcels fbr Mothers.＂ The official launch cerernony was held in Yuhuan County on April 27.
