心理健康教育新视角:可能自我

The Enlightenment of "Possible Selves" for High School Students' Mental Health Education

摘要 可能自我是影响心理健康的重要因素之一,可能自我对个体心理健康而言非常重要。为了更好地有针对性地开展心理健康教育,有必要对可能自我的概念、功能、结构等方面进行介绍,进而分析其与心理健康教育的关系。本文旨在较为全面地展示可能自我在心理健康教育中的地位与作用,从而为高校心理健康教育工作的开展抛砖引玉。 "Possible selves" is one of the most important factors that affect mental health. "Possible selves" means a lot to in- dividuals' mental health. In order to carry out mental health education better and more effectively, it is necessary to introduce the concepts, functions and structures of "possible selves", and then analyze its relationship with mental health education further. This paper aims at demonstrating the status and functions of "possible selves" in mental health education entirely, thus serve as a modest spur to induce someone to come forward with his valuable contributions for high schools' mental health education.
