非颅脑损伤型严重失血性休克的急救与麻醉处理体会

First aid and anesthesia processing experience of non-brain injury severe hemorrhagic shock

目的探讨非颅脑损伤型严重失血性休克的急救与麻醉处理。方法对23例非颅脑损伤型严重失血性休克病人(出血量>3 000mL)的急救与麻醉处理进行回顾性分析,总结急救与麻醉处理方法。结果 2例因严重失血术中无法止血死亡,抢救存活21例,成功率91.3%。结论 对非颅脑损伤型严重失血性休克病人的急诊急救、选择气管插管全麻、快速液体复苏、快速止血输血、及时处理并发症是抢救成功的关键。

Objective To explore first aid and anesthesia processing experience of non-brain injury severe hemorrhagic shock.Methods The first aid and anesthesia processing of 23 patients with non-brain injury severe hemorrhagic shock（the bleeding more than 3 000 mL） were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results Two cases died due to intraoperative severe blood loss and incapable hemostasia,21 cases were rescued,the success rate was 91.3%.Conclusion Emergency aid,selection tracheal intubation general anesthesia,rapid fluid resuscitation,rapid hemostatic blood transfusion and timely management of complications are the keys to the success of rescue for patients with non-brain injury severe hemorrhagic shock.
