摘要
目的探讨饮食体验卡在2型糖尿病患者饮食健康教育中的应用效果。方法 189例2型糖尿病患者,分为观察组91例和对照组98例,观察组饮食教育时使用饮食体验卡,对照组使用常规的饮食教育。观察两组入院时、干预6个月时的体质量指数、糖化血红蛋白、血脂的变化;观察两组入院时、出院后3个月饮食问卷评分、住院期间饮食教育所需时间。结果观察组干预6个月时体质量、糖化血红蛋白和血脂明显低于对照组(P=0.000);观察组住院期间饮食教育所需时间明显低于对照组(P=0.000),出院后3个月观察组饮食问卷评分低于对照组(P=0.000)。结论饮食体验卡能更好地促进2型糖尿病患者体质量、糖化血红蛋白和血脂的控制,提高患者饮食的依从性,并节约了责任护士的饮食教育时间。
Objective To explore the effect of diet experience card on dietary education of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 189 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were divided into observation group (n=91) and control group (n=98). In observation group, diet experience card on dietary education was applied while in control group, conventional dietary education was conducted. BMI, HbAlc and blood lipid on admission and 6 months after intervention were observed. Diet questionnaire score on admission and 3 months after discharge and dietary education time during hospitalization were compared as well. Results BMI, HbAlc and blood lipid in observation group 6 months after intervention were significantly lower than those in control group (P=-0.000). Patients in observation group took less dietary education time during hospitalization than that in control group did (P=0.000). And the diet questionnaire score 3 months after discharge of observation group was higher than that of control group (P=0.000). Conclusion Diet experience card could help patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus to control their weight, HbAlc and blood lipid, improve their dietary compliance and save dietary education time of nurse on duty.
