摘要
目的了解乌鲁木齐三级综合医院临床护士人文素质差异所在,为相关部门制定政策和培养方案提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法,对乌鲁木齐4所三级综合医院临床科室1 065名护士进行基本情况和人文素质(包括团队合作、护士礼仪及形象塑造、社会适应能力、组织管理能力、教育教学能力、法律意识、评判性思维、计算机应用能力、英语应用能力)调查,调查分为护士自评和护士长评分。护士基本特征对人文素质的影响采用混合效应模型分析。结果人文素质评分第一学历、最高学历、婚姻状况、职称对护士人文素质的影响有统计学意义(P<0.05),第一学历、最高学历、职称高及已婚有子女的临床护士人文素质相对较高。结论乌鲁木齐三级综合医院临床护士人文素质现状不容乐观,相关部门应当对低学历及低职称的临床护士给予更多的关注和培养,管理者要制定分层培训方案,提高不同层次护士的人文素质,学校要加强在校护生人文素质教育。
Objective To understand the humanistic quality of clinical nurses in class Ⅲgeneral hospitals and to provide the basis for training programs. Methods With a questionnaire, the survey was conducted among four class Ⅲ general hospitals of Urumqi for nurses' general information and humanistic quality, the result of which included self-scoring and scoring from head nurses. Mixed- effects model was applied in the study. Results The influence of first degree, ultimate education level, marital status and professional title on humanistic quality of nurses were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Nurses with good education, with senior professional title, married and with children presented higher humanistic quality. Conclusion More attention should be attached to and more training should he provided to low-educated nurses and humanistic quality training should be promoted for nursing students before graduation.
