不同时间点移植的小胶质细胞在脑梗死病理过程中作用的研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究不同时间点小胶质细胞移植对脑梗死病理过程的影响。方法首先培养并纯化小胶质细胞;其次将24只清洁级小鼠采用大脑中动脉栓塞法制成脑梗死模型,并随机分为A、B和C 3组,每组8只,每组1个小胶质细胞移植时间点,其3组移植的时间依次为脑梗死后6、12和24h。最后分别于移植后1、3和7d测其行为学Zea-longer评分后取脑,并采用免疫组化方法测TNF-α和IGF-1的表达。结果与C组相比,A和B组脑梗死小鼠的行为学明显改善;脑梗死小鼠脑内TNF-α表达水平明显降低而IGF-1的表达水明显升高,且与C组的差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论小胶质细胞在脑梗死早期的病理过程中具有神经保护作用。
