摘要 Ahlberg对Segmentagnostus frici(Holub)的瑞典Scania标本研究后指出,该种的头后侧腹边缘的向上凹入部分是眼叶,并以此建立新属Oculagnostus。但是并没有发现球接子的真正的眼(复眼或单眼)。Bergstrom(1973)曾对Arthrorkachis的卷曲标本进行研究,认为头侧后腹边缘的两对凹坑为第二胸肋端和尾前侧腹边缘上的突起当卷曲时的接合坑,Hunt(1967)也曾列出Arthror-hachis elspeth(Remond)卷曲侧视标本。所以,作者认为Ahlberg的Segmentagnostusfrici(Holub)的头侧凹口应为球接子的接合构造,不是眼叶。 Rocently Per Ahlberg published an article about 'Ocular structure inan Ordovician agnostid trilobite'. He studied the agnostid specimen from Scania, Sweden and thought that the towords up the hollow part of cephalicpostrior lateral doublure was palpebral lobe, and on this basis new genushas been suggested, but he did not discover true agnostid eye (holochroaleye or ocellus). Bergstrom (1973) thought that two pits of chephalic pos-terior lateral doublure in enrolled specimen of Arthrorhachis erraticus (Jackel)were the coaptative ones on the second pleural end and the bosses fromfront lateral pygidial doublure during enrollment. Hunt (1967) indicatedthat the lateral view of enrolled specimen in Arthrorhachis elspeth(Remond).So I think that the lateral chephalic natch should be coaptative suture ofSegmentagnostus frici (Holub), but not palpebral lobe.
