摘要
人学是马克思主义理论的重要组成部分,立足于马克思主义人学思想,对新时期思想政治教育从工具性价值取向到以人为本价值取向变迁进行历史考察,工具性价值取向存在的问题为:过于强化人的"工具性",弱化人的"目的性";片面强调教育者的主体地位,忽视教育对象的主体性特征;压抑个性发展,缺少人文关怀。思想政治教育在坚持以人为本实践活动中,要克服个人本位价值观的局限,始终贯彻"育人为本"的教育原则。
Human science, based on Marx's Humanism Theory, is an important part of Marxism Theory. According to the historical survey about the change from instrumental value orientation to people- oriented value orientation in ideological and political education in the new era, the thesis points out that instrumental value orientation has many problems as follows: overemphasize human's "instrumental role", but weaken human's "target role";unilatemlly emphasize the dominant position of educators, but neglect the subject characteristics of education targets; Constrain human's personality development and lack humanistic care. When the principle of "people- oriented" is applied in ideological and political education, ideological and political education must break the limitations of individual unit values, and adheres to the principle of "edu- cating people" all the time.
