摘要
校企合作是高职人才培养的关键。在全面调研企业需求、毕业生反馈、在校生企业实践需求的基础上,研究分析以校企双赢为合作原则的适应当前高职外贸专业多样化、层次化、有针对性的五种对接模式,并提出系统化地将校企合作活动贯穿人才培养全过程的方案。
School- enterprise cooperation plays a very important role in talent training for colleges today. Based on investigation of de- mands of companies,graduates＇ feedback,and college students＇ practice in enterprises,the thesis analyzes five joint modes which abide by the win- win principle and have different levels and specific targets.In the end,the thesis puts forward the suggestion of integrating school- enter- prise cooperation into talents training.
