摘要
人力资源外包是指企业基于自身的发展战略,将原先由企业内部完成的人力资源工作,部分或全部交给外部的专业化人力资源服务机构或组织完成,主要包括人事事务外包、人力资源和人的外包、人力资源管理职能外包三个方面。为了促进企业开展人力资源外包工作,根据竞争战略有关理论,提出三种分别与成本领先战略、差异化战略和集中化战略相适应的企业人力资源外包策略。
As a new trend of the development of human resources management, outsourcing has been getting more and more concern of enterprises. However, how to dynamically adapt to the competitive strategy of the enterprise emerges as a problem which is urgent to be solved in the field of human re- source management. On the basis of describing human resources outsourcing and the theory of compet- itive strategy, this paper proposes the enterprise human resources outsourcing strategy that adapts to three kinds of competitive strategy including cost leadership strategy, differentiation strategy and focus strategy.
