摘要
构建高等院校实践教学质量评估体系是我国极其重要而又紧迫的现实课题。对于实践教学质量评估而言,理清评估目标、评估标准以及评估方法三个关键性环节,有助于把握整个评估系统的脉络。评估目标的制定要参考企业、政府等利益主体的需求等因素,评估标准体系的形成应以国内或国际工程专业认证体系作为前提和参考依据,评估方法要多样化,充分发挥师生的主体能动性,并与教学进程相结合,形成一个良性的反馈系统,最终构建一套实践教学质量评估生态系统。
The extremely important and urgent realistic task is to construct the quality evaluation sys- tem of practical teaching in Chinese colleges and universities. As for the quality evaluation, rationali- zing these three key links of the target, criterion and methods will contribute to grasping the whole e- valuation system. Target needs making reference to the requirements from enterprises, governments and other stakeholders; Criterion system should be based on the domestic or international engineering professional accreditation system as the premise and reference; Methods have to be diversified and give full play to the initiative of teachers and students. Besides, it should be combined with the teach- ing process. Finally, these three links construct a set of practical teaching quality evaluation ecologi- cal system, which is the positive feedback system.
