摘要 根据能量平衡方程,通过严密的数学推导,导出了超临界直流锅炉再热汽温与其影响因素的微分关系式,提出了影响再热汽温敏感度的概念。针对600MW超临界直流锅炉进行了实例计算,并对影响再热汽温敏感度的计算结果进行分析,得到了影响再热汽温的主要因素及其影响的敏感度,所得结论可为超临界直流锅炉的控制研究提供理论依据及指导作用。 According to the energy balance equation,a differential equation for the reheated steam temperature and its influencing factors is derived by a rigorous mathematical reasoning and the sensitivity conception of the influence reheated steam temperature is proposed. This paper makes an example calculation for the 600 MW supercritical once-through boiler and analysis the calculation results on the sensitivity of the influence reheated steam temperature, which gained the main influencing factors of reheated steam temperature and its influence sensitivity. The conclusion of this paper can provide a theoretical basis and directive function for the control and research of the supercritical once-through boiler.
