摘要
通过对密排管座集箱的地面组对工艺进行优化,分析了工艺中的关键点,得出最佳的施工方案,即按管座处于水平位摆放集箱、自上而下、按行进行组对、将射线探伤安排在夜间进行、安排能胜任全位置焊接的优秀焊工施焊。该工艺具有特点:(1)提高施工安全系数、方便钳工组对。(2)消除焊接困难位置,降低焊接难度,提高焊缝质量。(3)方便焊接检验,减少了工序之间的时间冲突,缩短施工工期。
By describing the optimization procedure of the densely arranged tubes and header fitting up technology on the ground, the thesis analyses the key point of the technology and then obtains the best plan of construction, namely, placing the head with the tubes in the horizontal direction, then fitting up the tubes with the header line by line from top to bottom. The ray detection should be carried on at night and by the outstanding welders who are competent for all-position welding. The technology has three characteristics. Firstly, it promotes the safety factor and facilitates the welders ~ work of fitting up. Secondly, it eliminates the position which is difficult for welding, therefore reduces the welding difficulty and improves the welded joint quality. Thirdly, it facilitates the welding inspection, reduces the time conflict between the working procedures and shortens the construction time.
