摘要
以某RH精炼装置为原型,基于相似原理建立了1∶7的水模型,对RH精炼过程钢液循环流动行为进行研究。考察了提升气体流量、浸渍管插入深度对RH内循环流量和混匀时间的影响规律,分析了循环流量和混匀时间的关系。
Taking RH refining device as the prototype, water model is built based on similar principle with scale 1 : 7 to research the molten steel circulation flow during RH refining. The influence of raising gas flow and inset depth of immersion tube on RH internal circulation flow and mixing time is studied to analyze the relationship between circula- tion flow and mixing time.
