摘要
介绍了东汽百万千瓦等级核电机组高压调节阀壳的技术要求、零件结构、生产难点,分析了原工艺的不足和现工艺的优点、理论依据,并进行了凝固模拟。投产后,经实物检验证明,优化后的工艺方案对提高铸件品质起到了显著的作用。
The paper involves the technical requirements, part structure and production difficuhies of high pressure regulating valve casing of 1000MW class nuclear power unit in Dongfang Turbine Co. , Ltd, and analyses the shortages of original process, the advantages and theoretical basis of current process, and carries out the solidification simulation. After the production, physical testing proves that optimized process has improved the quality of castings significantly.
