摘要
介绍了35 t空心钢锭外模的选取,芯筒结构形式的设计,冷却介质压缩空气参数的选择,底盘的设计及浇注工艺参数的制定。根据这一系列研究结果,成功生产了空心钢锭,为今后大规格空心钢锭的研发奠定了基础。
This paper introduces 35 tons hollow ingot external mold selection, core tube structure design, compressed air cooling medium parameters selection, chassis design and casting process parameters setting. The hollow ingot is manufactured successfully according to the research results which can lay the foundation for large scale hollow ingot research.
