在推进农村社区建设的过程中,要避免走弯路,必须清醒地认识到:把农村社区建设成功与否的标准确定为为农民提供同城市居民一样的服务,改善农民的民生;把农村社区建设看作是社会主义新农村建设的重要内容,但不能取代新农村建设;不能把农村社区看作是城市社区的翻版;农村社区建设不是要消灭农村;农村社区建设是村民自治的深化和加强,而决不是削弱。

Avoiding mistakes, in the course of constructing countryside＇s community, we must realize that the standard of success or false to constructing countryside＇s community is weather or not giving equal services as city residents and improving farmer＇s life. We must regard the constructing countryside＇s community as one of content of new countryside＇s construction, and do not consider constructing countryside＇s community as copy of city community. We must realize clear-headedly that constructing countryside＇s community is not to let countryside die out, and realize clear-headedly constructing countryside＇s community is to reinforce countryside residents autonomy, not to weaken it.
