摘要
水域休闲体育,由于所处的运动环境与陆上和空中的不同,带给参与者身心的体验和作用,有其独特之处。首次提出水域休闲体育的概念,结合水域休闲项目分析水中休闲体育的特点,为现代休闲体育深入研究做了必要的补充。
Aquatic leisure sports, because of the difference of sports environment from land and air, bring unique physical and mental experience to the participants. This paper first puts forward the concept of aquatic leisure sports, analyses the characteristics of leisure sports, and make a necessary complement to the modern leisure sports.
