广东省普通高校排球队发展制约因素及对策研究

Research on the Restricting Factors and Strategies of the Development of Volleyball Teams in Guangdong Colleges and Universities

通过搜集文献资料、发放问卷、专家访谈等方法,从高校排球竞赛、教学与训练、教练员与运动员,以及场地设施等方面对广东普通高校排球队的现状进行调查研究,分析制约其发展的主要因素,并针对存在的问题提出完善竞赛制度、加强教练员队伍建设、扩大学生排球队伍、加强训练管理,以及加大场地设施建设投入等相应对策,为广东普通高校排球运动的发展提供科学依据和理论参考。

This essay focuses on providing scientific basis and theories of reference for the volleyball teams of Guangdong colleges and universities to develop by the methods of literature review, questionnaire investigation, and experts interviewing. This essay analyzes the restricting factors of the development of the volleyball matches, teaching and training, the coaches and the athletes, and the field and facilities in order to find out some corresponding strategies such as improving the rules for matches, strengthening the coach teams, enlarging the volleyball teams, enhancing training and increasing investment on field construction.
