新砭石疗法治疗偏头痛80例

Curative Effect of New Stone Needle Therapy for Migraine

目的观察新砭石疗法治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将160例患者按随机数字表法随机分为2组各80例。治疗组运用新砭石疗法,对照组予电针治疗。并在治疗前后应用疼痛量表进行评分,观察治疗前后的头痛指标改善情况及疗效。结果治疗后总有效率,治疗组为93.75%,对照组为85.00%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组远期疗效的差异则无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组在疼痛评分的改善方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论新砭石疗法可用于治疗偏头痛,并具有较理想的临床疗效,有临床推广价值。

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of the new stone needle therapy for migraine.METHODS 160 patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,each for 80 cases.The new stone needle therapy was applied in treatment group,while electro-acupuncture treatment in control group.Pain score scale was used before and after treatment,and then pain index was observed before and after the treatment.RESULTS 1 month after treatment,the total efficiency of the treatment group was 93.75%,and 85% in the control group.There was statistically significant difference in two groups（P〈0.05）,but no significant difference of long-term efficacy（P〈0.05）.Treatment group was better than the control group in terms of improvement of pain score（P〈0.01）.CONCLUSION Stone needle therapy is proper for treating migraine headaches with better clinical efficacy and promotional value.
