战略瘫痪是战争体系不能正常运转,处于不能应对或进行战争的状态。美军"空海一体战"在作战设计和战略筹划中体现出谋求通过侦察战、致盲行动及远程封锁等手段瘫痪对手作战体系和战争潜力的战略瘫痪思想。这一理念能否实现还面临各种挑战和不确定因素,为我有针对性地采取应对之策提供了可能。

Strategic paralysis means the war system not functioning well,which refers to the state that a nation can not respond to a war.The design and planning of the U.S.armed forces' 'sea and air warfare' embodied the strategic thought of paralysis through paralyzing an adversary's war system or its war potentials by means of surveillance,blinding and remote blockage.Whether or not this idea will be realized is uncertain and faced with various challenges.
