摘要
目的建立测定喘可治注射液中淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法采用Agilent TC-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(20∶80),检测波长为270 nm。结果淫羊藿苷进样量的线性范围为1.62～4.32μg,平均回收率为99.30%,RSD为1.13%(n=6)。结论该方法操作简便可行、重复性好,适用于喘可治注射液中淫羊藿苷的含量测定,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective To develop a HPLC method for determining the icariin content in Chuankezhi Injection. Methods The analysis was carried out on the Agilent TC-C18 column （250 mm ×4. 6 ram,5 μm）,with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water（20：80） and the detection wavelength of 270 nm. Results The linear range of ieariin was 1, 62- 4. 32μg. The average recovery rate was 99.30% with RSD of 1.13% （n =6）. Conclusion The HPLC method is simple, feasible, repeatable and suitable for determining the icariin content and controlling the quality of this preparation.
