宁泌泰胶囊联合强力霉素片治疗慢性前列腺炎30例

Analysis of Ningmitai Capsules Combined with Doxycycline Tablets for Treating 30 Cases of Chronic Prostatitis

目的观察宁泌泰胶囊联合强力霉素片治疗慢性前列腺炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取医院2010年1月至2011年1月收治的慢性前列腺炎患者60例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各30例,对照组给予单一强力霉素片治疗,观察组在此基础上联合使用宁泌泰胶囊。结果治疗后观察组总有效率为83.33%,对照组总有效率为66.67%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎,能有效提高患者的机体免疫力及抗感染能力,提高临床治疗效果,值得推广。

Objective To study the clinical effects of Ningmitai Capsules Combined with doxycycline tablets on treating chronic prostati- tis. Methods 60 patients with chronic prostatitis in the hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 were randomly divided into ob- servation group and control group, each group had 30 cases. The control group treated with doxyeyeline tablets, the observation group used Ningmitai Capsules based on the control group. The treatment effect of two groups was analysed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33% , and the control group was 66.67% , the difference between two groups was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Ningmitai Capsules has antiseptic antibacterial effect, can effectively improve the immunity of the patients and the clinical treatment effect,which can be used in clinical practice.
