摘要
知识型员工个人元胜任力是基于能力的人力资源管理和基于知识的人力资源管理模式的切入点。知识型员工个人元胜任力测量模型的研究以Brown和Cheetha所提出的元胜任力框架为理论基础,针对"元胜任力"的特殊属性进行深入研究和考察,提出基于知识型员工的个体元胜任力的测量模型,并对该模型进行了基于"演绎法"的实证检验。结果表明:知识型员工个体元胜任力由创造力、学习能力、反省能力、情绪能力、沟通能力、解决问题能力、概念能力7个维度构成。
The meta-competence of knowledge employees is the entry point of both competency-based human resources management and knowledge-based human resources management. Based on the theoretical framework of foreign and domestic researchers especially Brown and Cheetham,targeting the special properties of meta-competence,an indepth research and investigation on meta-competence are proposed in this paper. A testing model based on the knowledge employees'meta-competence is suggested,and then verified using "deductive method". Empirical study testifies that meta-competence is constituted of seven dimensions which are creativity, learning ability, reflection ability, emotional ability, communication skills, problem -solving skills, concept ability.
