Technological Learning,Knowledge Acquisition and the Late Developing Path of Technological Innovation Ability in Chinese Enterprises

培育企业的技术创新能力对于一国实现经济增长与可持续发展至关重要。虽然在当下的世界经济中,后发国能从先发国获得新技术,但它们必须主动融入跨国公司主导的全球知识创新网络,有效地学习新知识、新技术,吸收"营养",才能为培育自身的技术创新的后发能力奠定基础。论文在探讨企业技术学习与能力提升的内在机理,以及后发国企业技术能力赶超路径的基础上,提出培养中国企业技术创新后发能力的若干对策。

Cultivating the technological innovation ability is of crucial importance to a nation＇s economic growth and sustainable development. Although it is easy for late--developing countries to acquire new technology from early developing countries in the current world economy, they have to take initiative in blending in the multinational corporations oriented global knowledge innovation network so that they can effectively learn new knowledge, new technology and absorb ＂nutrients＂ in order to lay the foundation for cultivating late developing ability in technological innovation. This dissertation proposes several measures in cultivating Chinese enterprises＂ technological innovation ability on the basis of research both on the inner mechanism of technological learning and ability improvement in enterprises and on the development path of technological competencies in late developing countries.
